Shakilo has graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelors of Health Science in Podiatry. She is passionate about podiatry and her interest was sparked through attending her mother’s several podiatry appointments. She has always wanted to work in the healthcare field as it is a way for her to make an impact on people’s health.

Shakilo enjoys all aspects of podiatry and her main interests are biomechanical assessments, high risk foot, ingrown toenail surgeries and orthotics.

Shakilo is passionate about delivering excellence in clinical podiatry to the community, as well as utilising her skills to provide best care for Rest Home and Retirement Village residents.
